Doug is an internationally respected expert in sales force incentive strategy and direct selling execution. Over a 35 year career, Doug has served as an executive or consultant for direct selling industry leaders including Southern Living (a Time Warner Company), Tupperware, Nature’s Sunshine, Longaberger, Arbonne, At Home America, DK Books, and many others. In 1999, Doug received the Direct Selling Association’s highest award for industry service. Doug received a BA and MA from Brigham Young University.
