Justin has overseen the development and implementation of all technical and operational systems from the earliest stages of the Company. Previously to being named General Manager, he functioned as a key member of the Executive Team and was responsible for all company operations including technology and product development. In 2009, he significantly expanded the Company's printing capabilities by securing equipment and personnel to bring all production in-house, including Heritage Makers’ signature product line — published storybooks. He has a strong understanding of the inner workings of Heritage Makers and brings a wealth of experience in on-demand digital publishing through the web. Prior to Heritage Makers, Justin ran a web consulting business, offering technical services to a variety of companies. He holds a BS in Information Systems from Brigham Young University.
