Sharon is a co-founder of Heritage Makers, a founding consultant in the Heritage Makers sales force, and a member of the Board of Directors. She is a former faculty member in the schools of education at Brigham Young University and UCLA, the author of 22 curriculum-based books, and a Senator for the Universities of Lethbridge and Calgary (Canada). During her teaching career she studied and taught the power of story in relation to the practice of education. This research was strategic to the development of the storybooking movement with her daughter, Candace May. Sharon holds a Doctor of Education degree from Brigham Young University. When Sharon isn’t busy with Heritage Makers consultants and clients and/or creating her own storybooks, you will find her discovering the world with one or more of her eleven grandchildren.
